Information We Collect
- Palate Profile & Preferences: We collect your favorite foods, drinks, liked/disliked items from Tinder swipes, and dietary restrictions to build your custom Taste DNA. This data is stored locally on your device.
- Local Time: We check your device's current timezone and local time during craving analysis requests to customize the AI Chef's commentary (e.g. daily roasts). We do not track your location.
- Anonymized Device Identifiers: Used for subscription validation via RevenueCat.
How We Use Information
We use your palate preferences solely to generate personalized food compatibility scores, witty commentary, and customized recipes using the Google Gemini API. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

Subscription Tiers & Billing
- Free Trial / Basic Tier: Limits users to 15 food/drink swipes to calibrate their Taste DNA, and up to 2 food compatibility analyses.
- Gourmet Pro Subscription: Grants unlimited food analyses, interactive shopping lists, custom recipe generation, and delivery shortcuts. Subscriptions are billed weekly or monthly and managed/processed securely via Apple App Store.
- Lifetime Pass: One-time purchase granting lifetime access to all Gourmet Pro features.
